Elite Package: Strength Training & Barbell IN PERSON (must be located near Denton TX)

  • Get a customized Strength Training plan geared towards your specific goals (workouts & nutrition) weekly!

  • Confused about the workout of the day? Cherish will be there to help you along the journey! Form, technique, nutrition and machines you name you’ll get clarity each in person session. Bring your questions Q/A.

  • Work Out of The Day : No need to think about what you are going to do at the gym. The Strong Vibes Training Program is designed to hit each muscle group throughout the week!

  • Get access to our online community of women who love FITNESS and LIFTING!

  • You will receive a custom weekly training program geared specifically towards your goals. Track performance weekly through our app!

  • You will have weekly check-ins to ensure you are staying on track and progressing.

    This will ensure you don’t hit pluteus.

    Progress : Measurements, Tracking, Macros etc.

  • 1-1 Hourly Coaching Session during the month where we will we will go over any problem areas or improvements within your training. Get results quickly…

  • You’ll get unlimited video form checks, just send a video clip, and I’ll break it down for you. New exercise? Weird angle? I got you.

  • Indepth Trainings and access to new techniques to skyrocket your results and how to troubleshoot your body!

  • Must obtain a membership at Brickhouse Gym in Denton, TX.

Cherish is a strength coach, Air Force veteran, who helps hardworking women lift with confidence, build real muscle, and eliminate gym intimidation. She didn’t start lifting until her 30s, lost 20+ lbs, put on 55 lbs of muscle, and now coaches women through the same transformation.
